Okay I know not all of you do this, and I am not going to say who finally pushed me to post this but... THIS IS THE LAST STRAW. This is about my mature content on a SasoDei pic. They ask me to take down the mature content. I admit I probably don't have to have it on there but I am doing it so I don't get in trouble. I am just being safe.

This is my last reply to last person who asked me to take it down when they kinda told me they weren't of age for mature content. I am posting my reply because I feel like if you are underage you have no right to ask someone to take down their warnings just to see the picture.

This is my reply.

"Um... Sorry, but, usually if "mature content" is posted, shouldn't it be my responsibility not to show it to you if you just gave me a major clue about your age by telling me "darn age limits?"

I know that I didn't like the age restraints either but it's apart of the law not to let certain mature content be shown to minors. It's illegal for me to do that. Definietly is if I am not a minor and you are.

So unless you can prove to me without a doubt that you are above 18, and I know a whole lot of people are not 18 or older on this site anymore, I will not be taking any of my mature content down unless dA changes something so that people underage won't even know it's on the site.

I don't mean to rant on you but this is about the 5th to 6th time I have had someone that I can't tell their age from their profile alone that wants me to take this mature warning of this piece of artwork. Personally I know not much happens in this pic but I do not want to get banned from something I drew on this site either. I already had things taken down and got a warning. In legal terms on any art site it's three strikes and then your banned.

I am sorry but this would be inappropriate for me to take down my warning."

Am I being unresonable? I know I was no angel when I was under the age of 18 but I never once asked a person of age or older to take down a warning. Did any of you do that? So I know this is a bit of a rant but I need to get it off my chest because it is a lil annoying on not just this pic but a few others to have people to ask you this.
